In 2021, Laura was promoted to Senior Vice President of Engineering Services. Laura has more than 40 years of experience in accounting, contracts, procurement, program management, technical support, project control, and overall execution. In addition, Laura has been involved in business development and strategic accounts. Laura has a long history supporting Naval Undersea Warfare Center, NAVSEA and other markets.

Her strong background in leadership has provided her with the aptitude to be a part of the Rite-Solutions executive team to contribute to continued growth and diversity at the company. Laura will continue to ensure the growth and culture at Rite-Solutions as she moves forward as the Senior Vice President of Engineering Services.
