In his role, Chad is responsible for the company’s strategic financial management, ensuring robust financial planning, analysis, and reporting that enable the company to reach its long-term objectives. He is instrumental in securing the company’s financial health and guiding it through the complex regulatory environment of the defense sector.

Beyond financial stewardship, Chad oversees Corporate Operations, leading cross-functional teams to optimize performance, enhance productivity, and implement best practices across the organization. His leadership ensures that Rite-Solutions operates with the highest efficiency and effectiveness, supporting the company’s mission to deliver top-tier defense solutions.

Before joining Rite-Solutions in 2015, Chad held key financial and operational management roles at a NAVSEA Warfare Center and large defense contractors. His deep understanding of the defense industry and strategic approach to operations and finance, make Chad a vital asset to the leadership team.

Chad holds a BS in Management Information Systems and a BS in Accounting, both from the University of Rhode Island. He also earned a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification in 2012. He is committed to fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence within the organization.

Chad was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2019 and in 2021 joined the Board of Directors.
