Rite-Solutions Named Best Places to Work in Rhode Island
Rite-Solutions was among a dozen companies in the Large Employer category (150 – 499 employees) to receive the award. This is the second time that company has received the award.
Best Places to Work is a research-driven program offered by Best Companies Group (BCG) that examines company practices, policies, programs, and benefits. BCG surveys employers and their employees for input.
Companies are judged on progressive human resources policies and information collected through employee satisfaction surveys. Companies that meet BCG’s criteria are considered the Best Places to Work in Rhode Island.

In 2022, Rite-Solutions also received a national award, Great Place to Work Certification®, in the medium-sized business category. In addition, the company received the Platinum award in the U.S. Department of Labor’s HIRE Vets Medallion program for the second year in a row which recognizes a company’s commitment to veteran hiring, retention, and professional development.
