He brings a wealth of experience to the company. Prior to leading Rite-Solutions, Dennis had a distinguished, 36-year career as a Naval Officer and member of the Senior Executive Service with the Department of Defense (DoD). His last position with DoD was as the Technical Director of the Naval Surface Warfare Center in Dahlgren, VA, where he led almost 4,000 engineers and scientists at the Navy’s largest research and development laboratory.

His efforts produced numerous, pioneering technologies and systems including the Virginia class Combat Control System, the first high-energy laser systems, railgun systems, computer combat systems such as Aegis, and cyber security systems.

In addition to having a deep technical understanding of mission-critical DoD systems, Dennis has a great passion for helping people achieve their potential. His experience leading and managing technical talent complements Rite-Solutions’ employee-centered culture.
